- Barbara Barron
- Ms. Barron received her B.A. magna cum laude in economics from Barnard College, her M.B.A. in finance and industrial organization from Columbia University, and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
- Manny Newburger
- Mr. Newburger received his B.A. in history from Trinity University in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1983. In addition to practicing in the firm's Austin office, he is also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law where he teaches consumer protection law, and is the president of Fair Debt Consultants, LLC.
- Barbara Sinsley
- Ms. Sinsley received her B.A. in behavioral science and law and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice law before the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ms. Sinsley was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Mediator in 2001.
- Stephen Sather
- Mr. Sather received his B.A. summa cum laude in economics and political science from Texas Lutheran University and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif.
- Temple B. Ingram, Jr.
- Mr. Ingram received his B.A. in physical sciences from Harvard University in 1971 and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1979.
- Kevin Evont Bowens
- Mr. Bowens received his B.A. in history from Dickinson College in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
- Ed Walton
- Mr. Walton received his B.S. in biology/chemistry from Southwest Texas State University in 1974 and his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 1986.
